DESCRIPTION: These files are compiled by the Division of Air Quality to track emission rates and compliance with air quality standards by companies that are sources of air pollutants in the state of Utah. The files contain reports and other information requested by the Air Quality Board as required by UCA 19-2-104(1)(c)(ii) and 19-2-120 (1999), approval orders that are required by UAC R307-401 through R307-414(1999), correspondence, and all other documents pertaining to the companies involved.
