DESCRIPTION: These reports contain monthly inspections of sheep. Information includes the number of sheep inspected; the number infected, exposed or free; the number of dippings done for the infected sheep; total number sheep inspected during the month; remarks which often include where the sheep were inspected or what sheep were infected; and kind of dip used. Any record, regardless of format, that is issued by a governmental entity for public distribution at the total or partial expense of that governmental entity. See Utah Code Section 9-7-101(7)(2017) and 9-7-208(4)(2006).
