APPRAISAL
Historical
This disposition is based on the secondary research value of the dockets in documenting the early misdemeanor criminal cases in the Clinton area during its early settlement, development, and the agricultural depression of the 1920s in Utah. The first docket appears to be the only evidence of the existence of the Steed Precinct. Later dockets are destroyed in accordance with the Utah Courts Retention Schedule.
