DESCRIPTION: These records document the yearly volume of telephone calls through the Deaf Relay Center via telecommunications devices for the deaf (TDDs), teletypewriter, or text telephone, all commonly referred to as TTYs. Records include the Work Stations Daily Report which lists the operators' names, shifts, and telephones to which they were assigned; and the Split/SkillSummary which shows averages for telephone calls including talk time.

Paper: Retain in Office until the Deaf Relay Center closes in January 2000, and then transfer to State Records Center. Retain in State Records Center for 3 years and then transfer to State Archives with authority to weed.
