DESCRIPTION: This record series consists of data collected to determine HIV seroprevalence and trends of infection among women who are patients at women's health centers. The following data is collected on each form: project area and site number; quarter and year of visit; client's state, county and zip code; client's age group, race/ethnicity, and risk exposure; and reason for clinic visit.
