TITLE: Tuberculosis clinic HIV seroprevalence survey

DESCRIPTION: This record series consists of data collected to determine HIV seroprevalence and trends of infection amoung tuberculosis clinic clients. The following data are collected on each form: project area and site number; quarter and year of testing; state, county and zip codes of client's residence; client's gender, age group, race/ethnicity, clinical status, and country of origin; whether a tuberculosis culture was obtained and it's results; and the clients HIV risk exposure.
