TITLE: Redevelopment agency annual report

DESCRIPTION: The redevelopment agency shall prepare and file an annual report with the "county auditor, the State Tax Commission, the State Board of Education, and each property taxing entity affected by the distribution of property taxes" on or before November 1. This annual report shall contain the estimates of the portion of property tax to be paid to the agency for calendar year ending December 31 and an estimate of the portion of property taxes to be paid to the agency for calendar year beginning the next January 1" (UCA 17A-2-1217(1) (1997)).
