DESCRIPTION: This is a log documenting the submission of cutsheets to Public Works. Cutsheets are plan and profile sheets, detailing grade and elevation of municipal worksites and are used by contractors to install and properly grade their work. Examples of types of projects where cutsheets are used are sidewalk installation, storm drain and sewer main work. Information includes date and time cutsheets were received, subdivision name, project name and type, name of engineer who prepared the cutsheet and the name of the submitting engineering company.
