DESCRIPTION: This series consists of contested cases brought by injured workers for workers compensation benefits. These benefits are to be paid by statutorily created funds: Uninsured Employers Fund or the Employers Reinsurance Fund. Information in this series includes pleadings, depositions, attorney work product, discovery documents and orders. These cases may be reopened at any time until the death of the injured worker.
