DESCRIPTION: This series contains correspondence, reports, and other information regarding the Energy Task Force, a group created in 1976 by Governor Rampton and the Utah State Legislature with the assistance of the University of Utah. The correspondence includes letters from the University of Utah, the Utah State Legislature, and the Federal Energy Administration. The Energy Task Force was created in order to construct a comprehensive energy policy for Utah, and was also known as the "Blue Ribbon Task Force on Energy."
