DESCRIPTION: These include the quarterly and year-end statistics summaries for the Tobacco Compliance program in accordance with UCA 77-39-101 (2003). These summaries are used to track trends and to track data for local law enforcement and the local health department. The records may include the following information: tobacco retailer information, including if the retailer was in compliance; the number of attempts to purchase tobacco each round of checks; total number of checks for the year; clerk's gender, description and/or name; date and time of check; age and gender of the minor; the attempt number; type of tobacco product; cost of the product, if a sale was made; if a photo identification was checked; any citations or action taken; initials of officer, if applicable; initials of the local Health Department official; buy rates for the city and County; and previous year's statistics for comparison purposes.
