DESCRIPTION: These are security logs consisting of count sheets, tool logs, officer-of-the-Day reports, supply checks, machine inspections and downtime reports. Includes the name of inmate, inmate number, location of inmate, date and time of check, name of officer conducting the check, agency program inmate is participating in and the facility. The tool logs are used to control the location of tools used by UCI staff and inmates. The tool logs contain the physical location of tools as well as check out/turn in logs. Tool log information includes name of staff member or inmate removing the tool from its case, a description of the tool issued and the date.
