DESCRIPTION: These reports were produced by the study committees appointed by the Coordinating Council for Higher Education, in order to create a "Master Plan" for Higher Education in Utah. Each committee was designated by a letter of the alphabet:

"C" = Junior College, Vocation and Technical Education

"E" = Continuing Education, Public Service, Evening School and Extension

"F" = Financing Higher Education

"G" = Governance of Higher Education

"H" = Auxillary Services and Physical Plant

"I" = Students: Numbers, Characteristics and Opportunities

"J" = Research and Graduate Education

"K" = Student Personnel

"L" = Roles and Curriculum

"M" = Supporting Services Any record, regardless of format, that is issued by a governmental entity for public distribution at the total or partial expense of that governmental entity. See Utah Code Section 9-7-101 8(a)(b) (2010) and 9-7-208 (2006)
