Each volume contains a title page and then the sections of the Utah Code or Utah Administrative Rules that are related to real estate law. Publication dates are not always included so may be inferred from effective dates of statutes or rules. Any record, regardless of format, that is issued by a governmental entity for public distribution at the total or partial expense of that governmental entity.
