DESCRIPTION: These records contain information concerning department reviews and appeals of decisions made by the department's various divisions. These files include review and appeal information for divisions such as Consumer Protection, Corporations, Occupational and Professional Licensing, Real Estate, and Securities. Cases may involve licensing and registration denials, disciplinary actions, or citations for engaging in unlawful conduct regulated by the Department of Commerce. Included are interim orders and final decisions of the Executive Director, pleadings, correspondence, legal research, exhibits and transcripts of division hearings. Records may also include judicial review files.
