DESCRIPTION: Utah Code 67-19 gives the Department of Human Resource Management (DHRM) the responsibility to establish and maintain a position classification system for the state of Utah. Some human resource offices within the state have been delegated position management responsibilities for their agencies. In accordance with UCA 67-19-10, and signed delegation agreements, DHRM must provide periodic monitoring of position classifications performed by these human resource offices. These records contain audit documents of position management requests, correspondence, memoranda, reports, and other records related to inspection, desk audits, and the evaluation of position classifications performed under delegation agreements.
