TITLE: Records Center box inventory reports

ARRANGEMENT: Numerical by aisle and bay position.

DESCRIPTION: An inventory of the State Records Center was conducted April through July, 2005. These reports identify each shelf position and the boxes which the Versatile database believes occupy each position. Persons doing the inventory indicate on the report any discrepancies between what is handwritten on the box, what the barcode label says, and what the database says. Information includes Versatile box number, user (agency) box number, series number and title, creating agency, date spans, accession date, folder ranges, and old box locations. Other information gathered includes Records Center accession number and whether or not the box had the correct label or was missing.

Permanent. Retain for 10 year(s)

DISPOSITION

Transfer to Archives.

Retention and disposition for this series were specifically approved by the State Records Committee.
