DESCRIPTION: Registers of action are listings of all actions relative to individual cases. Registers provide complete histories of each case, including the names of deceased persons in the probate of estates or of incapacitated persons or minors in the case of guardianships, dates for every action and hearing, and the nature of the action taken on each date. Registers of action provide reference to court minute or record books.
