DESCRIPTION: This record book contains lists of water rights certificates recorded in 1883. These lists identify names of water share owners, certificate numbers, number and value of acres, and number of water shares owned. The book contains the minutes of the meetings of the board of directors for the irrigation company for 1884-1891. It also includes accounting ledgers for share holders which detail water assessment payments whether satisfied by cash or labor.
