DESCRIPTION: These records are created to track the effectiveness of regulatory procedures and to document investigations into the practices of public utility companies. They contain correspondence, memos, investigative reports, rate schedules and case files on public utility companies that may be in violation of federal or state laws. They contain attorney work product, preliminary studies, notes, analyses, fines, settlements, and tax records.
