DESCRIPTION: This data set represents engineering geologic problem sites depicted as polygons on the map published in Soil and Rock Causing Engineering Geologic Problems in Utah (W.E. Mulvey, UGS Special Study 80, 1992).

These records are part of the municipal commitment registry. Salt Lake City created this registry for the benefit of individuals who share a primary residence and wish to rely on one another in a relationship of mutual commitment and dependence. Employers, government, and businesses may use the registry to authorize benefits like visitation rights in health care facilities and access to recreational and other facilities in the same way that a spouse or child would have benefits. The registry includes declarations, amendments to declarations and declaration terminations.
