DESCRIPTION: This point occurrence geospatial data set represents the current mineral and selected energy resources of Utah. The data set coordinates were derived from United States Geologic Survey (USGS) topographic maps at a scale of 1:62,500 and 1:24,000. The coordinates of some of the energy resources were calculated from their cadastral location. This data set has 152 data fields, some of which contain multiple values with multiple delimiters.
