DESCRIPTION: These files document the client history of individuals who have applied for, are eligible for, or are receiving medical assistance through an interstate compact agreement. Files may include the following documents: Interstate Compact Agreement, verification of federal (Title IV-E) or state funded eligibility, Social Security number, birth certificate, insurance coverage, SSI/SSA verification, and annual Medicaid review and recertification forms. ICPC cases contain adoption subsidy agreements and adoption decrees. ICPC cases contain state custody court orders.
