DESCRIPTION: The nursing facility reports allow the Department of Health to audit the revenue, costs, capital expenditures, and patient days for nursing homes in Utah over a 12-month period. Reports include the Facility Cost Profile (FCP), which is filed by providers and contains revenue, cost, patient financial classification, and bed data. As well as, the Fair Rental Value (FRV) of the facility as calculated each year.
