DESCRIPTION: The Manpower Project was a three year federally funded demonstration project of the Utah Division of Family Services. The purpose of the project was to improve the service delivery system and quality and quantity of services by the development and testing of a different staffing structure which encompassed use of a wider range of staff, including sub-professionals and volunteers. This series includes a copy of the Manpower Project's final report.
