DESCRIPTION: These records document entities participation in various waste tire and used oil programs. Documents included in this series pertain to facilities whose activities do not have any historical value because they do not impact the environment. Files and forms are used to track and regulate facilities registered to participate in various agency programs. The file is closed when the entity no longer chooses to participate in the program. Records may also include initial registration documents, quarterly and annual volume reports, and inspection reports.
