DESCRIPTION: This series contains a single ledger used by cemetery staff to record payments received by the cemetery. These payment are almost exclusively for the purchase of lots and for the digging of graves. Entries typically note the date of payment, who made the payment, and purpose of the payment. The record also gives monthly totals of receipts transferred to the city treasurer.
