DATES: circa. 2000-2004.
ARRANGEMENT: Chronological by subject's date of birth.
DESCRIPTION: Prior to 2004, the Labor Commission had a program wherein minor children whose parent was killed in an on-the-job accident would receive benefits from the workers compensation program until the child turned 18. The funds were deposited into a trust account at the bank, and were released to the child as needed for school or other expenses. The program was updated circa 2004 so that the Department no longer managed the accounts. Records in this series may include bank statements, eligibility records, and bank activity records.
