DESCRIPTION: These records represent the implementation of Sections 6, 8, 10, and 12 of the Utah Enabling Act, Articles X and XX of the Utah Constitution, and Subsections 53C-1-302(1)(a)(ii) and 53C-4-101(1) of the Utah Code, which authorize the director to prescribe the terms and conditions for the sale, exchange, and other disposition or conveyance of trust lands, including procedures for determining fair market value of those lands.

Records include historical entry logbooks of Offered Lands for Sale Register Books organized by County and Sale Register Books listed by Certificate of Sales.

RETENTION

Permanent. Retain until administrative need ends
