DESCRIPTION: This series contains the records of Mike Mower who has filled several roles in the administrations of multiple Utah governors. These roles include Senior Advisor of Community Outreach and Intergovernmental Affairs in the Spencer Cox administration where he also oversees constituent services, boards and commissions, and local government outreach. Mower served as the Deputy Chief of Staff and Communications Director for Gov. Jon Huntsman and Gov. Gary Herbert as well as State Planning Coordinator.
