TITLE: Finance servers temporary processing records

DESCRIPTION: These records are used by the Division of Technology Services to complete back end functions and processes that support multiple systems within the Division of Finance. These records are retained on a batch server or SFTP server. Once the records are processed a copy of the data is moved into an archived folder. The records are deleted automatically after meeting a period of time which is specific to each record type. This process allows for data retrieval in the event troubleshooting is needed within the noted timeframe.

Destroy.
