DESCRIPTION: These records are used to administer the Part C early intervention program, program evaluation, and required federal reporting. See 34 CFR-303 (IDEA Part C). These records contain the complete electronic child early intervention record (i.e., Client case files (including services provided), case notes, eligibility information, evaluation results, etc.).
