DESCRIPTION: This record will document the data obtained from Division of Professional Licensing licensees on behalf of the Utah Health Workforce Advisory Council and the Utah Health Workforce Information Center under Utah Code Section 58-1-112 - data collection. Data elements which are described in Utah Code 58-1-112(2) and which data will: (1) identify workforce shortages; (2) identify labor market indicators; (3) determine educational background of license; and (4) determine whether Utah is retaining a stable health workforce. -Personal Identifying Information (PII) that may be contained within this records series consists of: name, username, email address, social security number, date of birth, drivers license number, home/mailing address, IP address, and biometric data

-Purpose Information is Collected: The Division collects PII information in this record series to comply with statute 58-1-112 requirements.
