TITLE: Land use training fund records

DESCRIPTION: This series contains grant activities associated with the Land Use Training Fund, which supports in-person and virtual training activities and the creation and dissemination of both digital and print resources relating to training and technical assistance for parties engaged in land use law and planning in Utah. (Utah Code 13-43-203(1)(i)) These records document grants received or awarded by eligible entities, which may contain applications, notice of award, reports, correspondence, reimbursement requests, and related records. (Utah Administrative Rule R151-5)
Grant deliverables include activities such as live or prerecorded seminars or lectures, continuing education programs, presentation materials, video production, topical guidebooks, toolkits, policy checklists, educational materials, and the development, updating, maintenance, hosting, and distribution of all training and resource materials, all of which are addressed through Conference File, Publications, and Training Administration General Retention Schedule criteria.
