DESCRIPTION: These records are created to evaluate the effectiveness of public education campaigns and the campaign's reach to target audiences. Tracking records are created and maintained by third-party contractors and accessed by the Public Lands Policy Coordinating Office (PLPCO) for the duration of the campaign to assess performance metrics. Campaign reports are supplied to the Utah Legislature for compliance as mandated by Utah Code 63L-11-202(1)(i) (2025), and the funding for educational campaigns as described in Utah Code 63C-4A-404 (2024). Information collected includes a user's city, state, websites visited, view counters, how the user arrived at the site, impressions, click through rates, type of technology used, and length of website interaction.
