DESCRIPTION: These surveys provide registered and/or fee-paying users the opportunity to share their experiences and offer direct input on Outdoor Recreation programs' performance. Feedback from fee-paying stakeholders is essential to ensure effective service delivery and the responsible stewardship of Outdoor Recreation programs, in particular: the Boating program, as mandated by Utah Code 73-18-1 (1971); and the Off-Highway Vehicles (OHV) program via an inter-agency agreement with the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV), pursuant to the statutory authority granted under Utah Code 41-22-3(6)(a) (2026).

Purpose personal data is collected, maintained, or used: to satisfy the legislative requirement to provide and improve services for Boating and OHV programs.
