DESCRIPTION: This record documents complaints alleging discrimination based on one or more of the following protected classes: race; color; religion; sex (including pregnancy, childbirth and related medication conditions, sex stereotyping, transgender status, and gender identity); national origin (including limited English proficiency); age; disability; political affiliation and belief; citizenship (if a beneficiary, applicant, or participant in WIOA program or activity); participation in a WIOA program or activity; and retaliation for reporting discrimination, giving a statement or otherwise involved with someone else's discrimination complaint.
