DESCRIPTION: These records document foundation, soil, and aggregate tests to evaluate condition of parcels of land for construction purposes. They may include: summary of test data, soil descriptions, location of soils tested, project file drill log, test report sheets, geological and geographic reports, or related records.

These records must include the geospatial coordinates of the testing location. Records missing geospatial coordinates, use series 3316 Foundation, soil, and aggregate testing summary records without geospatial coordinates.
