DESCRIPTION: These are applications which have not been selected to receive permits. The actual permits are issued by a random computer selection process. A list of unsuccessful applicants is compiled and a refund file is sent to the Division of Finance to facilitate the refund of the fees to the applicant. Included in this record series is the name, address, birth date, type of license held by the applicant, physical characteristics, telephone number, driver's license number, and the type of hunt for which the applicant sought a permit.
