DESCRIPTION: This series contains financial records of public funds. The documents in this series were created by State and National banks holding public funds. Each bank holding public funds was required to send a monthly statement to the treasurer in charge of the funds, and send a duplicate statement to the State Depository Board. This series contains those duplicate statements. Each month also contains a complete list of State and National banks with public funds, as well as a list of excess public funds.
