DESCRIPTION: This is a monthly computer report of all district financial transactions providing detailed information on all individual postings to the general ledger. It is used for audit purposes. It includes date, item description, transaction type, posting date, purchase order or receipt number, check number, encumbrance, debit or credit, account balance, and vendor. In November 1990, the creation of a paper printout was discontinued and the report is being received on computer output microfilm.
