DESCRIPTION: This series contains contracts which were submitted for approval from several private firms and dealt mainly with the establishment of a planning organization and standards for data collection and analysis. Progress reports were submitted quarterly by the Utah MX Coordination Office and annually by the MX Missile Policy Board.

__A typical report includes information about specific technical studies underway at the time, summarizes progress on agency work plans, and reports on coordination efforts with other planning agencies. Supporting data includes reports from all state agencies as to anticipated impacts of missile deployment on their operations; reports of technical meetings held with other planning agencies; and some data on Federal activities in relation to the MX project sent to the field offices by the Four Corners Regional Commission.
