Information includes date and place of violation, name of individual(s) involved, and a list of equipment seized. The citations consist of five copies.__The pink copy goes to the individual, the gold copy (this record series) goes to the officer, the yellow copy goes to the regional office (record series #4551), the white copy goes to the court, and the green copy (record copy), on which the final disposition is recorded by the court, goes to this (the Salt Lake) office (record series #4380).
