DESCRIPTION: These records are Construction period project files, series 10193, which have had a "claim" filed on the project by the construction contractor, or may have litigation pending. They document the history of highways planned and constructed by the Transportation project office, district offices, and central office. The claim files include technical drawings, photographs, and contractor payrolls.
