DESCRIPTION: This series contains a Report of the Department of Registration covering the period of April 1, 1921 to June 30, 1926. The introductory letter to Governor Dern states, "This Department is not required by law to make a biennial report. One was, however, made in November, 1922, but through an inadvertence was not published. No report was made in 1924. This report covers the entire period of the existence of this Department[.]" Any record, regardless of format, that is issued by a governmental entity for public distribution at the total or partial expense of that governmental entity. See Utah Code Section 9-7-101 8(a)(b) (2010) and 9-7-208 (2006)
