DESCRIPTION: This series consists of a guide to real estate license law prepared as a study guide by the Division of Real Estate. The first edition of the study was issued in July 1950 and, according the enclosed preface, it provided a reference work for brokers and salesmen and a source material for applicants for licenses under state law. It continues, saying that "immediate improvement in preparation for license examinations was noted by the department."
