TITLE: Productivity project grant files

DESCRIPTION: School districts submit applications for competitive grants each year to acquire funding for productivity projects. These projects are initiated by teachers, and the files are kept as reference materials for future grant writers. After about ten years the records become obsolete. The files include grant applications, related correspondence, budget records, mid and year-end reports, and may include an evaluation.
