DESCRIPTION: These files document the development and accomplishments of the Utah Housing Finance Agency (UHFA). The agency purchases insured mortgages to make them available to moderate income home buyers at reasonable rates. The agency also finances low-income housing projects. The files include proposals to the agency from private finance agencies, annual reports, UHFA meeting files and minutes, attorney general opinions and relating correspondence, congressional letters, board members resumes, and procedures.
