ARRANGEMENT: Alphabetical by first letter of company name.

DESCRIPTION: This notebook contains an annual list of fire and life insurance companies doing business in Utah. In order to transact business, each year the agent filed a statement showing company name, amount of capital, assets and liabilities, agent name, receipts and expenditures, etc. Each entry on the list gives the company name, name of agent(s) and the year(s) of filing. In one instance, the date of revocation of the certificate of authority is noted.
