DESCRIPTION: These grants are created by the Utah Project for Children with Dual-sensory Impairment. This program helps educate children who are both blind and deaf. This disposition is based on 34 CFR 300.231 (1989), which states that local educational agencies receiving assistance for education of handicapped children under Part B of the Education of the Handicapped Act must maintain for five years records which show compliance.
